I was browsing the web and found this chair by famous designer H.R. Giger Harkonnen widely known for his

Creatures in the movie Aliens. The chair retails for around $15,000 which is hand made to order.

Technology behind the Alien Chair and Bar

The chairs have metal structure reinforcements in a fiberglass body and have been updated for better balance with a high gloss finish.

He also opened up a museum in Chateau St. Germain, Gruyeres, Switzerland that features a Bar pictured below. The countertops and other furnishings in the bar are made out of concrete and fiberglass polished down so fine that it feels like skin. The vaulted ceiling gives you the feel and look of being inside the belly of a skeleton.

I of course watched the Aliens movies plenty of times, always filled with action and chills you to the bone. His deign and artwork remind me of Gothic creations from the medieval ages found in places throughout Europe. He says he only designs and paints stuff that scares him and he has his own jewelry line out as well.
