In Arizona many cities are using cameras at traffic lights and various posts to take a picture of your license plate, I blogged about this once before and feel its worth blogging again as a friend has used it and let me try it. its called Phantomplate PhotoBlocker. When cameras take your picture of your license plate, this spray blocks out the photo by reflecting the flash back to the camera, thus disguising your license plate.
