Lymann Alpha Blob
Lymann Alpha Blobs are some of the biggest known objects in the Universe. Stretching some 200 million light years wide they consist of many galaxies and gas bubbles believed to have formed when massive stars exploded in supernova fashion expelling gas to far distances. pictured Below.

Cluster Diffuse Galaxies
Cluster Diffuse Galaxies are 10-20 times mass of our galaxie, 6 million light years across and are elliptical shaped from galaxie mergers. Pictured below.

Radio Lobes
Radio Lobes are jets of energy spewing from black holes which stretch out to 40 million light years across. Pictured Below.

Black Holes in the super mass range are 4 billion times the mass of our sun. Not even light can escape its gravity, how we can tell its there is by other celestial bodies giving off energy being pulled towards black holes in a circling motion. Black holes are believed to be at the center of every galaxie including ours the Milky Way. Picture below.

Star
The biggest star is a red hyper giant known as The Pistol Star is 200 solar masses, so big its surface would stretch past jupiter if it was in place of our sun. The pistol Star gives of energy equivalent to 10 million suns and gives of more energy in 6 seconds than our sun does in a year. Picture below.

Technology behind finding these images
Hubble Telescope a deep space imaging telescope that has discovered many images seen today of space images.
Chandra X-ray Telescope is just that taking x-ray images of the cosmos not able to be seen by the naked eye.
Spitzer Space Telescope takes infrared images of celestial bodies capturing heat signatures in colors not observable by other telescopes.
Impressions of these pictures and the telescopes
Its amazing to see such beautiful celestial bodies that people just cannot see through regular telescopes. Most of the pictures taken are put together by separate images taken by each of these billion dollar deep space telescopes and pictures taken from space observatories here and around the world.
